Booking Deposit:
A $500.00 booking deposit is required to reserve any unit.
*Full payment of all rentals is required 30 days prior to departure by means of cash, certified cheque/bank draft, Visa or Mastercard.
*A seperate damage deposit is taken at the time of departure. All deposits are refundable upon vehicle check-in; providing it has been returned on time, undamaged and gas tank full.
Cancellation Policy
No Fee if cancelled wthin 3 days of request.
We allow one change of dates free. A surcharge of $50.00 for any further changes.
Up to 30 days before pick-up = $200.00 + tax
30 - 16 days before pick-up = 60 % of rental costs
15 - 01 days before pick-up = 75 % of rental costs
No Show = 90 % of rental costs
*Important*There are no refunds issued on any rentals cancelled, missed or otherwise as a result of war or an act of terrorism.
Insurance:
$5,000,000.00 public liability coverage is included with a $3,000.00 collision deductible per occurrence. Renters may reduce the $3,000.00 colllision deductible to $300.00 per occurrence by purchasing the Upgraded V.I.P. Insurance - Manditory at a cost of $20.00 per day. If an accident occurs, Renters must produce an on-scene police report. VIP does not cover any deliberate and/or willful damages by the Renter. Also not covered are damages caused while driving under the influence of alcohol and or illegal drugs, damages due to failing to maintain proper fluid levels in engine, transmission, etc...tire pressure and due to the misuse of the breaking system (overheating), damages from driving in prohibited area's.
*A major credit card (as listed above) and current driver's license must be provided at time of departure.
*Damage and Security Deposit: An imprint of a major credit card (as listed above ) is required while the RV is out.
*All drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age and no older than 75 years of age to rent. 21-24 year old customers are allowed to take advantage of the 100 km/day rates only, but must opt into the VIP Insurance upgrade.
A current/valid driver's license is required.*
*No minimum rental period!
*Fuel: Gasoline costs are the renter's responsibility. Gasoline tanks are full at the time of departure and are to be returned full on return. No claims are made on fuel consumption.
*Pick-up and Return: Vehicle pick-up is between 9:00am to 3:00pm. All rentals are due back between 9:00am to 10:00am on drop off date. Penalties are charged for late returns without prior authorization.
*No pick ups or returns are allowed on Sundays and/or Statutory Holidays.
*There is no refund or credit given for any early returns, unused "free" kms or "pre-paid" km's .
*Customer Orientation: Renters will receive a full orientation on how to safely operate their rental vehicle.
Approx. time: 30 min.
*Maintenance Responsibility: Client is responsible for checking engine and transmission oils and coolant levels at each refueling as well as having any mechanical problems reported immediately. Authorized repairs will be reimbursed at check in, upon presentation of receipts and any replaced parts. Other conditions apply. Clients may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in operation and , or normal maintenance. Rates subject to change without notice.
