*Sorry! The C27 Motorhome,C28/29 Motorhome,The Executive A30 Motorhome and 5th Wheel Trailer/Truck are not available from Whitehorse and are not allowed travelling North into Alaska, The Yukon or The North West Territories.

One Way Rental Fee's:

*Vancouver - Calgary $600.00 (*14 day minimum rental*some conditions apply)
*Calgary - Vancouver $600.00 (*14 day minimum rental*some conditions apply)
*Toronto to Vancouver or Calgary or Visa-Versa $1,680.00 (*21 day minimum rental)

In some cases, One Way Rentals from Whitehorse to Vancouver (Fall time-Low Season) and One Way Rentals from Vancouver to Whitehorse (Spring Time - Low Season) may exist! Please be sure to ask us for availabilty if interested!

Booking Deposit:
A $500.00 booking deposit is required to reserve any RV.

*Full payment of all rentals is required 30 days prior to departure by means of cash, certified cheque/bank draft, Visa or Mastercard.
*We will accept full payment on the day of departure upon special request.
Please ask us for further details!

*A seperate cleaning and damage deposit are taken at the time of departure. All deposits are refundable upon vehicle check-in; providing it has been returned on time, complete with equipment, undamaged, cleaned inside, holding tanks empty and gas tank full.

Insurance:

$5,000,000.00 public liability coverage is included with a $5,000.00 collision deductible per occurrence. Renters may reduce the $5,000.00 colllision deductible to $500.00 per occurrence by purchasing a "Platinum Protection - C.D.R.(Collision Damage Reducer) or V.I.P. (Vacation Interuption protection) at a cost of $20.00 per day. C.D.R and V.I.P.also include a reduced deductible of $500 per occurrence for windshield and other glass damage!! If an accident occurs, Renters must produce an on-scene police report. Because "Off Road" accidents can easily be prevented by driving slowly and having someone outside the vehicle to guide the driver in "tight" conditions, C.D.R and V.I.P. do not cover off road accidents involving overhead objects, undercarriage or interior damage, deliberate and or willful damages by the Renter. Also not covered are damages caused while driving under the influence of alcohol and or illegal drugs, damages due to failing to maintain proper fluid levels in engine, transmission, etc...tire pressure and due to the misuse of the breaking system (overheating) and or the transmission (overdrive), damages from driving in prohibited area's.

Miscellaneous Rentals

TV/VCR's, Electric toasters, Infant Seats, Booster Seats, 1st Class Mountain Bikes, Bicycle carrier 2 and 4 bikes, Propane BBQ's, Walkie Talkies, Camping Chairs. *Pricing and availability varies depending on departure locations. Please enquire within.

Some Other Rental Terms and Conditions

*A major credit card (as listed above) and current driver's license must be provided at time of departure.

*Preparation fee: $65.00. Includes initial propane fill, toilet chemical, biodegradable toilet paper (4 rolls), rubber gloves, water hose and sewer hose.

*Damage and Security Deposit: An imprint of a major credit card (as listed above ) is required while the RV is out.

*All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and no older than 75 years of age to rent. 21-24 year old customers are allowed to take advantage of the 100 km/day rates only, but must opt into the VIP Insurance upgrade.
A current/valid driver's license is required.*

*Regular minimum rental is seven days.

*Fuel: Gasoline and propane costs are the renter's responsibility. Gasoline and propane tanks are full at the time of departure and are to be returned full on return. No claims are made on fuel consumption.

*24 Hour Roadside Assistance: All rental units range from 2000-2003 models. Have peace of mind during your trip with our convenient and hassle free 24 hour roadside assistance program offered through Ford,G.M.,Dodge or the Rental Dealer.

*Pick-up and Return: Vehicle pick-up is between 9:00am to 3:00pm. All rentals are due back between 9:00am to 10:00am on drop off date. Penalties are charged for late returns without prior authorization.

*Complementary shuttle service is available to and from the rental offices in Calgary, Vancouver and Whitehorse (available with the 160km/day or Unlimited Km packages only).

*No pick ups or returns are allowed on Sundays and/or Statutory Holidays.

*There is no refund or credit given for any early returns, unused "free" kms or "pre-paid" km's .

*Customer Orientation: Renters will receive a full orientation on how to use their rental vehicle.
Approx. time: 30 min - 1 hour.

*Maintenance Responsibility: Client is responsible for checking engine and transmission oils and coolant levels at each refueling as well as having any mechanical problems reported immediately. Authorized repairs will be reimbursed at check in, upon presentation of receipts and any replaced parts. Other conditions apply. Clients may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in operation and , or normal maintenance. Rates subject to change without notice.
