TOTAL PAYMENT DUE: Total due 30 days prior to departure date minus an initial $500.00 CAN Reservation Deposit. PAYMENT TERMS: Visa, Mastercard, Discovery Card or American Express using PayPal Online Payment Services. You may also use a direct bank transfer (some conditions apply). CREDIT CARD REQUIRED: You must be in possession of your own valid credit card on the day of departure. This is a requirement by the rental company. If you do not present your credit card for security reasons on the day of departure, the rental will not be allowed. Your credit card will also be required for a refundable security/cleaning deposit.
*Preparation fee: $75.00. Includes initial propane fill, toilet chemical, biodegradable toilet paper, rubber gloves, water hose and sewer hose.
*Damage and Security Deposit: An imprint of a major credit card (as listed above ) is required while the RV is out.
*All drivers must be a minimum
of 25 years of age and no older than 75 years of age to rent. 21-24 year old
customers must opt into the CDR/VIP Insurance upgrade.
A current/valid driver's license is required.*
*Regular minimum rental is seven days.
*Fuel: Gasoline and propane costs are the renter's responsibility. Gasoline and propane tanks are full at the time of departure and are to be returned full on return. No claims are made on fuel consumption.
*24 Hour Roadside Assistance: All rental units range from 2006-2008 models. Have peace of mind during your trip with our convenient and hassle free 24 hour roadside assistance program offered through Ford,G.M.,Dodge or the Rental Dealer.
*Pick-up and Return: Pick up time is between 09:00am until 3:00pm Monday - Saturday. It is the Customer's responsibility to book an itinerary in such a manner that allows you to be at the rental depot by no later than 3:00pm. Should you arrive later than 3:00pm, the Rental Manager reserves the right to request that you stay and lodge at a local Hotel that evening or weekend at your own expense. No refunds are issued for days lost due to late arrivals or late pickups or early returns. Drop off time is between 8:00am to 10:00am on the Drop Off Date. The RV must be returned clean, full of fuel, holding tanks emptied and all Customer belongings removed by no later then 10:00am. A late drop off fee of $75/hour will be charged to the Customer for any late drop offs after 10:00am on the designated drop off date.
*Complementary Shuttle Service is available for you upon request. (Some restrictions apply.)
*No pick ups or returns are allowed on Sundays and/or Statutory Holidays.
*There is no refund or credit given for any early returns, unused "free" kms or "pre-paid" km's .
*Customer Orientation: Renters
will receive a full orientation on how to use their rental vehicle.
Approx. time: 30 min - 1 hour.
*Maintenance Responsibility: Client is responsible for checking engine and transmission oils and coolant levels at each refueling as well as having any mechanical problems reported immediately. Authorized repairs will be reimbursed at check in, upon presentation of receipts and any replaced parts. Other conditions apply. Clients may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in operation and , or normal maintenance. Rates subject to change without notice. Floor Plans and size of vehicles may not be exactly as shown.

Cancellation
Policy:
CHANGES
RENT AN RV CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual Policy $350.00
One-way Rentals = $300 (additional top Applicable Fee).
30 to 15 days prior to departure $900.00
Less than 15 days prior to departure: 80% of rental charges (minimum charge $700.00)
Departure day and no show: 100% of rental charges
First change: No charge.
Any time after the first change: $50.00 each change.
You may also be eligible to apply for a credit equal to that of your cancellation fee towards a future RV rental. Some conditions apply.
Applicable taxes apply to all cancellation fees.
*Important*
There are no refunds issued on any rentals cancelled, missed or otherwise
as a result of war or an act of terrorism.

Insurance: "Motorhome theft in the City of Montreal is excluded from the basic insurance. With VIP/CDR Insurance, the deductible is $5,000.00."
$5,000,000.00 public liability coverage is included with a $5,000.00 collision
deductible per occurrence. $5,000,000.00 public liability coverage is offered with the CDR/V.I.P. upgraded Insurance package. Renters may also reduce the $5,000.00 collision deductible
to $500.00 per occurrence by purchasing a "Platinum Protection
- C.D.R.(Collision Damage Reducer) or V.I.P. (Vacation Interuption protection)
at a cost of $20.00 per day. C.D.R and V.I.P.also include a reduced deductible
for windshield and other glass damage!! If an accident
occurs, Renters must produce an on-scene police report. Because "Off
Road" accidents can easily be prevented by driving slowly and having
someone outside the vehicle to guide the driver in "tight" conditions,
C.D.R and V.I.P. do not cover off road accidents involving overhead objects,
undercarriage or interior damage, deliberate and or willful damages by the
Renter. Also not covered are damages caused while driving under the influence
of alcohol and or illegal drugs, damages due to failing to maintain proper
fluid levels in engine, transmission, etc...tire pressure and due to the misuse
of the breaking system (overheating) and or the transmission (overdrive),
damages from driving in prohibited area's.
Off Season Travel (November - March):
Please be aware that all RV's are winterized with plumbing antifreeze (from November - March) to prevent freezeup of any water lines/tanks during the winter months. As a result, the use of running water will not be possible from November to the end of March. We do not recommend de-winterizing the RV unless traveling into warmer (non freezing climates).
